This position as a nurse at our Clients Community Mental Health Service is an opportunity to be at the forefront of innovative clinical practice and service delivery. Our Client prides their team. Where you'll be working Community Mental Health Services- Consumers are from a culturally diverse area with a mixture of socio-economic backgrounds and complex mental health presentations. The CMH Clinician will provide comprehensive strengths based and recover focused assessments with consumers and the formulation of time limited packages of care signed off by consumers and their care givers. These packages will detail the clinical mental health services and other wraparound supports to be provided. |
