The new paediatric hospital will have a ten-storey facility comprises 346 beds, including 40 beds dedicated to paediatric intensive care, 15 to neonatal intensive care, and 15 to bone marrow therapy. The hospital's program also includes an oncology department, a surgery department with ten operating rooms, ambulatory clinics with 84 examination and treatment spaces, and an emergency department with 44 examination and treatment spaces. In order to support capacity-building and medical training, the hospital also comprises education facilities and a conference centre.

Salary and benefits

ANNUAL AIR TICKET Excursion Economy Class (round trip) 

ANNUAL LEAVE 30 days plus 10 calendar days post leave and mid-year round trip air ticket + PAID HOLIDAY LEAVE (RAMADAN, HAJJ & SAUDI NATIONAL DAY/FOUNDATION DAY) 23 days (or as declared by the Saudi Government)

RE CONTRACTING BONUS One month Basic salary upon contract renewal

YEARLY ANNUAL INCREMENT AS PER PERFORMANCE EVALUATION 1% -4 % of Basic salary

END OF SERVICE BENEFIT (SAUDI SERVICE AWARD) Remuneration computed equivalent to the years of service as follows:

Initial 5 years = ½ month current basic salary

6th year and onwards = 1 month of the current basic salary

MEDICAL CARE (EXCEPT COSMETICS, DENTAL & IVF)

HOUSING ACCOMMODATION Provided by MNGHA or a housing allowance.
